There's something about not spending 3-4 hours a day at 3 different restaurants for the full duration of a trip. I find it grounding to be able to cook/prep at least 1 meal a day. Especially, if i'm staying somewhere with a view.
A little breakfast - Chia pudding with a lil granola + fresh fruit. A cup of coffee. If I wanna treat myself, maybe a glass of OJ. Enjoy the view.
Then continue to enjoy the rest of my day.
