Absolutely - Dijon

This album is quite literally “perfectly imperfect”. Shouts, background chatter, the odd improperly played note. This album is ALIVE. Dramatic highs, gut wrenching lows and a whole lot of fun every time I listen. I watch the accompanying film bi-weekly and it’s not an addiction I can stop whenever I want…

Concentrated Yeast Extract

It’s an acquired taste but this shit (used lightly) in a grilled cheese is unreal. Lots of Vitamin B in there as well.
