so far this year, i’ve purchased tickets for Bobo Dylo (the unwashed phenomenon), Neil Young (and his immaculate Horse™️), and Richard Thompson. though these tickets were all more expensive than i would have liked them to be, the joy i get from seeing these legendary old fucks play their music is unmatched
buy the ticket, go see your heroes. you may not be able to see them again
p.s. - i know that buying expensive tickets isn’t an option for everyone, but i’m just trying to encourage you to go ahead and do it if it is even remotely within your budget. hell, be a pal, buy an extra ticket for your buddy who can’t
