Live music
I think when I was younger and making music, a lot of older jazz musicians would kinda have this super pretentious tone to them. So it kinda threw me off liking live band music but as of recent, I’ve fell back in love. Mark William Lewis definitely helped w that & kokoroko. Yussef dayes experience as well w my brother Venna.

My old-time/folk (very much not jazz) band played a show at a brewery on the patio, and some older guy leaned over to his buddy and said, "Now this is the life. *gestures* Beautiful women and jazz music."
