if you’ve never been, go give yourself a treat. soooo many different sodas and other bottled drinks. They have a make your own soda that’s usually up and running. Also vintage style candy.
In full disclosure, I went in today to grab a soda and see about a job. Talked to the owner John for about 20 minutes about picking a soda and where they came from; it was lovely.
i want that job so bad. sure, it’s not industry but i feel like i would meld so well there. stocking soda, talking to interesting people, listening to old jazz. I would be living my Tony from West Side Story dreams and break out in song on my lunch.
