I like whiskey sours, a New York sour is a little drier because of the red wine float, definitely a classic. Also a Penicillin, or a classic martini if you prefer something simple and alcohol forward
1 2/3 - 2 parts whiskey
1 part lemon juice
1 part simple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
1 egg white
shaken on ice and served on ice with a lemon twist
