in the world of specialty coffee, the idea that there has to be variations in wet / dry foam are no longer being considered. everything is wet. cappuccinos and flat whites? same thing. latte and cappuccino? same thing just different sizes. which brings me to my bigger point. iced cappuccino is just an iced latte with less milk. it has a higher concentration of espresso making it a delectable afternoon treat. if a barista refuses to make this for you they are old and bitter and wanna make you feel stupid. au revoir 🙏
