My R.E.M. cycle is a mess and upon reading the delectable book- The Intimacy Experiment by Rosie Danan, I found a new routine. The book features a monologue with a misty eye inducing Breakup guide, full of little ways to make the emotional pain more manageable. in the morning, evening, and sometimes as the only light in my room when i'm about to go to bed. really chill, no crazy scent, affordable, and it's like having a lil friend with you. :)

it's insane how much more relaxed i feel after showering with only candle lights. it feels really cozy and warm, specially with the right music so you can be a lil dramatic.
