felt/embroidery style crafts are super cute to do and pretty easy. making small photo frames out of felt, making a garland, making cute felt crowns or hair accessories. i am also partial to customizing clothing with my friends, making weird little matching shirts or using a potato/eraser to make a little stamp and stamping little stars or hearts onto my jeans.
you could also paint or draw each other, make bracelets out of beads and string, or do some crazy artsy makeup. the best thing to do with your friends is to pretend you are all kids again and do things that you would have done on a play date.

If you can craft or make them something that’s so nice! Felting, air or oven dry clay, painting, sewing!!! I have several magnets my friends made from felting or clay or drawings that they just bought a magnet and stuck it on the back.

i love collecting cool screenprinted patches or embroidered badges from art markets or online shops and sprucing up any item i own with them! or you can use scraps from clothes you’ve cut up previously if you wanna upcycle and not throw waste away.
it’s like a sticker in cloth form, and i can customize my belongings and give it my personality :D just take a needle and thread, and learn some basic backstitches or zigzag stitches, and handsew on some cool looking squares! you can take this project wherever you go, and it’s good to put on music or a movie and zone out ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

sounds adjacent to crocheting but it works a bit different + personally i prefer it wayyy more!! very easy to get into and you can find lots of designs for yourself or as gifts. i also second puzzles. plus painting or drawing (or paint by number/coloring books if u don’t want to think about it), gardening, baking, making collages

i’m needing to remind myself that being odd and dressing uniquely is not a bad thing. going back to university and not knowing anyone in my classes while also showing up in a full tweed suit or a tetris cardigan or a long brocade jacket is okay. don’t let the uniqueness leave you just because people give you strange looks.
be more like the girl that dresses in head to toe lolita coords every day. or the guy that came to class dressed as soulja boy for no particular reason. get weird with it!!
