Modern castles

I went to Vegas for a second time recently and fell in love with the architecture of the Excalibur hotel. We NEED more modern castles. Seeing this everyday for a week gave me hope that magic is real. I felt like a princess standing outside of it who was going to witness a wizard and a dragon battling in the streets. I even bought a pin from a vintage shop in the arts district that showcased the colorful castle tops so I could take the magic back home with me.

Going to see the tourist landmarks

I know we live in an age of everyone wanting to act like a local while traveling but I cannot even begin to describe how starstruck I was seeing Big Ben for the first time (and then the next ten after that). Truly magical!

it was fun!

I went with a bunch of friends, got two corsages (one from my Mom & one from my friend since I didn’t have a formal date, which I ended up giving to another girl bcz she didn’t attend with anyone at all). We danced all nite at a hotel ballroom and then went out for diner food after. $50 for the dress from NYC lol
