When i got my wisdom teeth out, i feel like it took about a week for me to get back to a bit more normalcy than before. mostly because i was scared to not heal my gums correctly.
One thing I will say though, while you recover, if you are taking copious amounts of pain meds, make sure you are being well hydrated and eating things with enough fiber, vitamins, and minerals. became constipated afterwards because of it.
