This is prime TikTok britcore and I adore it. For its own artistic merit of course but also because a guy I am dating (also called Adam, why are there only two names for men?!) recently got me into Adam Curtis and now I enjoy spotting his influence in the wild. Side note I love how AC's heavy use of transitional footage (car rides, people walking between buildings) gives his films this kind of liminal, zoomer vibe that's very before its time. Like Adam Curtis walked so some guy reading "What's the most unexplainable thing that ever happened to you?" Reddit posts over Minecraft parkour footage could run.

Not sure if itโs cool to recommend my own Instagram account but the fact of the matter is, is that Tik Tok is a huge part of my life (not sure how I feel about that statement) and I canโt recommend the whole app of Tik Tok. I actually DONโT recommend anyone download Tik Tok - itโs confusing, scary and demented. Personally, I like all that kind of stuff (raised on a computer - iโve seen it all, Iโm numb, jaded, etc) so this is how I can filter and showcase what I believe is the best of the best, which also usually happens to be the worst. I made this account in April to show my coworkers on How To my favorite Tik Toks I was finding without flooding the group chat (it was getting to be A LOTโฆ). It kind of spiraled into a deep fascination with what kids are doing online creatively and socially - I became addicted, obsessed and a half a year later now have like over 10k Tik Toks saved to my phone and an entire community Iโve cultivated and love deeply. Follow because there are big things coming soon and most certainly I will be demanding producer credits on at least 5 new TV shows and indie films..lol
