i've never been a breakfast person and i only now realize how much better i feel for the rest of the day when i eat breakfast. helps me focus on school and always improves my mood.

i only started doing this at the end of college but before that, I wasnt eating until 1 pm (just from not making a schedule) or smth and I’d always feel ill by that time. I know breakfast isn’t for everyone (intermittent fasters ur stronger than I) but a bowl of yogurt + granola (usually) starts my day with needed energy— I feel alert and ready to pounce. 😼

wikipedia browsing is a great pass time in general. you learn so much new information you would’ve never normally seek out and it makes you full of fun facts and random knowledge. being high just increases the vibes by 1000%
