Surrreeee y’all brush your teeth, every, single night. Perhaps if you’re human like me, you often get lazy in bed, then develop a case of the fuck its. No more, new habits baby! I’ve 100% Pavlov dogged myself into exhaustion once I brush my teeth at night.

My morning routine is in flux right now since I just got back from holiday and I'm determining new patterns for the year. But I heard this advice, knew it would absolutely work, and promptly did not implement it: when your alarm goes off, get up and brush your teeth. That's the only hard and fast rule. You can even climb in bed after. But the deed is done; you're up. Might as well get moving.

You should Literally never regret getting a truth off your chest. The people around you deserve to know and you will feel less alone when you introduce them to something you’ve kept close. Like here’s something I’ve been ruminating on, here’s my impression, here’s my little friend… Honesty is good

My mom is not a hardened career woman. When I was growing up it was difficult for me to understand how hard she worked precisely because there was no work/life balance for her. She never turned off. I will always remember her as I saw her on weekday mornings in elementary school: Glasses, hair up, Atkins bar, nightie that read “Don’t wake the bear”. I don’t think she was ever more beautiful than she is in her work uniform.
