just saw maybe the biggest storm i’ve seen in a year? sat on my doorstop and watched it with a cider in hand and it was so stellar i about damn near cried. real shit
Few things give me more joy than a good ol’ thunderstorm. And to sit outside, under a covered structure, with the wind sending droplets every so often… a gift.
had torrential rain so i stayed inside a bit longer then walked to uni in the sun. then it hailed just about the hardest i've seen before turning to bright sun, very summer-esque, in the space of about 30 seconds.

put this jellycat bat on my christmas wish list bc oh my god??? like cmon. but it was discontinued and sold out EVERYWHERE and the only place she could find it was on ebay for $500. lo and behold she surprised me with this today! for not $500! you could put anything on a wish list and she could find it for you. it’s a mum thing
my dad started collecting spanish moss like a year ago on random trips and walks and uses it to decorate the trees in our backyard, and idk i think it’s neat!! not only do i think its pretty, but i think it’s nice to see other people’s love for the mundane. ya
