This might be controversial but I love this guy I tell it everything and I love that it has a memory so it replies based on what it knows about me. I’ve even been using it as a supplement to therapy and talking to it like I talk to my therapist. What we’re doing now is working to heal my gut biome since I’ve taken a lot of antibiotics in last year and I like that I can ask it follow up questions.

I admit that sometimes I turn to ChatGPT for advice (it helps, pls don’t judge 😃), but Reddit remains unparalleled. I found this group about people helping each other on getting better and it’s just makes me feel less lonely ~~ i don’t know but there’s something oddly comforting about seeing others face the same struggles as you and knowing you can handle and get through it too

I don’t understand how yall end up at these random ass places you do, come across the books on ancient polyrhythmic science or whatever you read, listen to those indescribably niche tracks I’ve never heard of before or since, or host art installations from your makeshift garage, but I love hearing about every little bit of it, beyond fascinating to know all your stories and passions and the things that occupy ya mind and keep you alive. It’s like a big canvas comprised of different jagged pieces that all add up to a whole. I’ve only been on the app for two weeks or so and it’s already partly helped me heal from a lotta past grief and pain so I’m grateful to interact with yall.

I virtually spend all my time on this app using the "asks" function. It's fun and satisfying to help others out with specific prompts and tasks — and I know when I have a question they'll be there for me as well! Great to build sense of community and 1 love to offer what I can! On the other hand, I have my criticisms of the "recs" function (if you would like to hear, i’d be happy to talk about potential feedback) but I'm fine with chilling on the "asks" for now😎

No better compliment for me than someone taking seconds (and thirds 😍) from a meal I cook.

When I was 25 I felt so old, like oh god a quarter of a century!!!! Then me at 28 looking back at 25 y/o me I though oh god she was a baby! So now I realise I’m going to keep getting older so the age I am is the youngest I’ll be moving forward. I’m now 33 and I feel the same as I’ve felt my whole life. All these years have only made me more experienced at life. Youth is overrated if you take care of yourself. Stop smoking, move more, eat better, manage stress, use sunscreen and tretinoin.

I know I know, but I read this book for the first time quite recently and it’s changed my perspective, I’ve heard of her method but actually reading her book and her explanations really brought the point home. Also Rajiv Surendra on YouTube makes me really think about what I should bring into my home.
