Marionette in prgress

This is my first attempt at making a marionette puppet! His head is paper mache and I'm currently sewing his body. When he's finished I want to help him create a painting. He's for a gallery show concept that I've been thinking about lately. I want to have people create puppets and then to help their puppets create art of their own. Something about how our art takes on a life of its own once we put it out in the world. The interpretation isn't up to us in the end. But what is within our control is having fun and finding joy in what we make.
