Almond cake
Made this almond cake last night. It was good. It has a biscotti-esque texture. It would be good with coffee.

grape it’s definitely almond-y as hell. Hope you enjoy your almond-filled future. I’m thinking of trying this recipe with a pistachio extract and topping it with a pistachio cream next time.
