Most effective change I've made to reduce my screentime. It removes all of the visual intrigue from your screen. Plus you can set it up so you can toggle it on and off by triple clicking your power button.

It's annoying for taking photos, but besides that it's a really good way to make the phone a less enticing timewaster. I have done it on previous devices, but used my new phone as an opportunity to switch back to grey. We'll see how long it lasts this time, though.

Small thing thatโ€™s just helped me spend less time on my phone is switching everything to grayscale so itโ€™s less fun to look at and itโ€™s helped a lot. Makes my phone feel more like a tool and not an extension of my body. itโ€™s somewhere in the accessibility menu on iPhone

I don't know if it's unkosher to recommend instagram content but J Wortham's recent post on instagram is a thoughtful compilation of reflections and attitudes toward the election outcome. They said their mentor told them that there's never been an option to go back, that we know a lot more than we did before, and we have blueprints to sustain us. https://www.instagram.com/p/DCCizPcRwVw/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
