Hahaha....felt this way too lol. I've not reinstalled Insta for a month now and I'm getting used to it. Just get a good book and read. Take constant walks too. We really shouldn't let these things control our health fr. Hope I helped in one way or the other.๐ŸŒธ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿผ

iโ€™m not at the point of fully deleting instagram yet, but this app has helped me remember what was fun in the first place. also realizing that sometimes i just need to directly text or call a friend, read my book, watch a movie. not just complaining online, which is also ok, but i love to have FUN <3

not exactly a habit but i set my limit to 1 minute on instagram so now i only go on when i want to post something and it is doing wonders for my mental health

im usually the type of person to doomscroll on ig all the time when bored but only ever post on my main acc like once a month at most. (however I have a bad habit of posting to my spam FAAAARRR too much whether it be photo dumps or memes on the story) but! as of late (and as of late I mean this past week) I have been trying to reduce ig-use by downloading the screenzen app to reduce the amount of time spent uselessly on ig and replace it if need be with scrolling on pifyi since there is only so much I can do on here at a time without getting bored or needing to wait till more ppl get on at a later point if that makes sense. its just slower and more personal over here which is better for a lot of reasons and makes the time spent on social media on my phone more worthwhile! I def dont think that is exactly what u were asking but ehhh thats my two cents bestie :)
