Having a theme song

You need one. It doesn’t have to last forever but it can provide solace or guidance in a certain time period, where everytime it plays, it just hits… it’s ur moment. I think over the summer I was « city grrl » by CSS , now I’m definitively weird fishes by radiohead and I’m loving it.

Not googling it when you’re trying to remember something

Just sit and think about it, follow some threads in your brain and see if you can remember it on your own. It’s sooooo satisfying when you get there. And if you can’t you can’t, but it feels good to try. Get yr brain working for you baby :)
