Big breakfast

It sets me off on the right path for the day When I finish eat breakfast and I’m full I notice I don’t get the nighttime munchies. I take it as an opportunity to get more protein for the day. Also I love this ritual of taking time in the morning to prepare myself a nice feast 🥰

Intricate breakfasts

I love having my breakfasts like grazing boards... an over-easy egg, sliced avocado, fruit assortment, sausage, toast with hollandaise sauce, a yogurt with granola.. don't forget a delicious warm beverage Breakfast should be extended as long as possible

Yoyo

Don’t even get me started.. I bought a yoyo about a month ago and it’s the best investment i’ve ever made. I’m having so much fun and picking it up surprisingly fast which is giving me that immortal, i can do anything, inspired feeling. thank you yoyo and shoutout Faye Webster for making me want a yoyo and infiltrating a male dominated field.
