texture-wise i also prefer green olives over black ones, they’re juicier and nicer to chew
cheap black olives are better than expensive ones, expensive green olives are better than cheap ones.

sniffle oh i forgot to mention! the best green olives i’ve ever had (and buy every week if i can’t find the really big jars of it) are from a brand called Benino. I get the pitted and stuffed one. if you have them where you are i seriously recommend!
