Mega man NES/SnES Games

I don’t really play games anymore sadly- but will always have a place in my heart for these. Specifically Mega Man 1-7 and X1-X3. Good ol side scrollers from my childhood. I don't care how many times I’ve played/beaten all of these games, they’re just comforting to fire up every once in a while- I use an emulator on my computer now for that (and to play every other game from my childhood, but apparently you can just do that on a Nintendo Switch now?). The weapons to use against every boss, the order to beat them in, the locations of items/heart tanks, etc is knowledge that will never leave me and be burned in my brain.

alice madness returns/the cosmic wheel sisterhood/Death’s door/Final Fantasy x

Alice Madness Returns - first played it in my first year of uni at 18 and it became my whole personality, recently replayed it and it basically happened again. The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood - a recent play and the game that has me considering becoming a game writer Death’s Door - dark souls for cutie pies. i just find this endlessly repayable because the controls feel so nice for me. Also the first “hard game” I played that convinced me “hard games” aren’t out of my ability. Final Fantasy X - the first “real game” I played on my ps2 when I was like 10. my friends used to make fun of me for not going out to play after school because I was doing anotber ffx replay. Shout out to the spyro trilogy and Spiritfarer - the endlessly replayable basis for my favourite kind of gameplay, and the first game to make me cry, respectively.

Waiting for Justice concert at Accor Hotel Arena I had the pleasure to hear the band PLEASE. Synth Drums and a guitar is all they need to express their feelings in a beautiful french pop fashion. If you like modern french touch and good synth vibes I suggest you check them out !
