Physical media babey!!! It's very easy, you just need a disc drive and some blank discs, which they do still make and sell!! Then you just plug that into your computer and youtube to mp3 any songs you want into the discs, it's a thing of beauty, I'm bringing back making mixtapes for people instead of just playlists xoxo

hard agree but PLEASE use soulseek, youtube butchers sound quality beyond belief and mp3 conversion is the sonic equivalent of decking a wild arctic fox with a machine gun

Burning CDs and making mixtapes need to make a comeback. Alas I’ve never burned a CD, will definitely do so in the future for a significant other

I've been burning more and more music into cd's lately and been enjoining the experience of physical media. My mom used to have a bunch of CD's and cassettes when I was a kid and have honestly been getting tired of paying a monthly subscription to music apps. I got a decent portable CD player on Amazon for like $20 and thrifted a bunch of blank CD's and a CD case at my local Goodwill.
