it is very difficult for me to do basic tasks sometimes because of severe mental health issues but ive been getting a lot done lately and it feels great definitely reccomend actually doing shit you need to do 10/10
actually nothing more satisfying than finally doing the shit you’ve had on your to-do list!!! bam 20 minutes on the phone and now i don’t have to worry about that anymore

It’s so easy to allow the depression & short attention span to take over, but there’s nothing quite like the feeling of pushing back a little & getting something tangible done. The time will pass regardless.
