it’s the best part. get a block and cut it close the the rind. nibble with your front teeth like a rat until you get down to the hard rind. keep chewing until it’s gone. it’s amazing.

I like to cut the rind into small pieces and microwave it for like 30 seconds they become puffy little crisps, ugh so good. But yes huge fan of just nibbling on the cheese amen.
