The local grocery store by me has ice cream sandwiches where the "bread" is a softened Biscoff cookie and they have permanently altered my brain chemistry. I have (at minimum) 2 boxes of them in my freezer at any given time

Classic ice cream sandwich
The kind wrapped in paper you buy from a truck or cart. A true masterclass of frozen treats and an exercise in simplicity, this is all you need. They go absolutely silly hard on a hot day and/or by a body of water or pool. Plus when you’re done you get to scrape off all the chocolate on your fingers with your teeth. Round 2 baby!

Gas station ice cream sandwich
I never buy ice cream sandwiches but if it's a particularly good day or a particularly bad day, an ice cream sandwich (especially when it's two cookies as the bread) is my go-to.

You just need to buy a few different ones and see what you like better Start simple with sardines in oil or oil/spices along with Anchovies in oil great (serve with a good butter and bread—citrus helps If you find it too salty.) pair with any carb/fat combo you want Rice and mayo Bread and butter Yadda and yaddda Some brands I like: Nuri Ortiz Patagonia Matiz
