doodle some stuff and photocopy some random objects. write terrible poetry and print it. It doesn't have to mean anything to be art. leave them in cafes and train stations for anyone to find

swim in the ocean

investing in a wetsuit has been my favorite purchase over the last many years. swimming in the waves and surge is a much better workout and i feel more connected to my environment. sometimes ill see seals or other cool creatures. bleached tips and split ends are a thing of the past, salt water is so much better for your hair
