taking care of yourself

i've been struggling a lot lately and one thing my therapist really stressed is that i need to push myself to do things i love even though i don't get the same satisfaction i once got so today i got my coloured pencils out after a loong time and started drawing and i already feel a bit better so i wanted to share this small step it's not the best art but its art <3

Good Albums and songs 4 me

LS Dunes- Violet (album): perfect amalgamation of the other albums from the bands these people are in (Thursday, Circa Survive, Coheed and Cambria, MCR) but also very unique! The Cure-Six different ways: somehow I had never heard this song until last week? It’s so good, I’m mad. MJ Lenderman- No Mercy: saw him play this live last week and it blew me away!!!!!!

a cassette player

It works! for some reason, cassettes are having a resurgence. haven’t yet bought a new cassette, but s/o to goodwill for some good ones.
