I lived off cottage cheese last year. When I was too depressed to cook, I’d mix some smoked salmon and everything bagel seasoning in there (if you’re eating fish, canned fish works too) and just eat that with chips. Mix some baby spinach in there too, or use a bell pepper or carrots instead of chips to get some veggies. Not even a toaster is required. I’ve had the dairy ick recently, though, so red lentil pasta and oats w/eggs are my go tos.

Throw some tortilla chips and sprinkle cheese on a plate and microwave for 30 sec. Add some toppings if you feel fancy
