when u was really young like 3 i was playing with my big brother while my mum was in the shower and he ran into the bathroom then closed my finger in the door
i had to get stitches for it which you can still see on the scar which is quite weird like you can actually see like zig zags and my nail is split but it’s not that noticeable
my mum tells the story sometimes of when i got it and was staying in hospital overnight and i had some sort of hook in my finger to keep stuff in place and i just pulled it straight out
this was in a room full of children doing all sort pulling off their masks and messing with their bandages or whatever and the alarms were constantly going off to monitor this which sounds like the worst night ever

mom was using a machete to clear the tall weeds in our yard at our new house in Thailand. i walked up behind her to ask a question and got caught in her backswing. i clutched my elbow and saw a dark red streak go down my arm. it was so deep you could see ligaments and fat tissue. we had to drive 45 mins into town to get stitches and tetanus shot but at least i got out of yard work for the day. lucius is so jealous of this scar lmao
i also have a scar on my leg from a lipoma (benign fat tumor) that needed removal in high school. and a huge scar from surgery to repair my broken collarbone from the seatbelt that saved me from dying in a horrible accident in college. i have metal plates and screws holding me together. and a few scars on my hands and wrists from the broken windshield glass.

i have a scar on my knee from tripping on nothing and falling up a concrete staircase on campus. it didn’t even cut my knee, i just smashed it so hard that the skin broke. not even that long ago too
my other most notable scars are on my ankle, and they happened because i lost my shoe in the ocean and swam out to get it, but as i was walking back, a huge wave came up and smashed me down and dragged me along the bottom (which was mostly comprised of sharp rocks and shells). it cut up my ankle and foot pretty badly, but i didn’t notice until i walked all the way back to shore and my cousins said ‘you’re bleeding’. i got my shoe back though

I scratched my right upper arm down the side of the wing extension of the stage (basically painted panels) and I still had to act dead (final battle in Les mis, I was a student among other things) so I lay there with my arm potentially bleeding and then I finished the last 20 minutes of the show. I checked my arm and by golly there was a large skin ripped scar down my arm (slight bleeding) which I had to deal with for the next 3 shows (yes ik torture, well so was my shower that night). Now I have a nice little scratch down the side of my arm (which looks pretty badass tbh) which will hopefully leave a permanent scar (weird request ik but I loved and breathed that show for months and now it’s been a few days since closing night and now I miss it)
