is that your actual room? i think i would go insane in a room like this, but like actually clinically insane. Maybe it would be fun. Idk. But I can't imagine a room with a better vibe for going insane. Like, if I'm gonna lose my marbles, it would be the most aesthetic to do it there.
Spent a week in a monastary recently and can heartily recommend. No cell service, peasant food, gay yearning, contemplating images of catholic suffering, avoiding the Father, hearing a distant hymnal, throwing scorpions out the window onto the pomegranate tree below, sweating in the heat and freezing in the cold, being ceremonious. I did walk away with a sense of clarity and a desire for minimalism
