recently I've because obsessed with the nyt games, especially the tiles and the sudokus!! I love sudokus so much now that I have three separate apps for them. Doing puzzles makes my brain go quiet

I love my little NYTimes games ritual (start with easy Sudoku, then medium Sudoku, Connections, Crossword, hard Sudoku, Tiles, and finally Spelling Bee if I feel really locked in). Still, the brain health benefits and fun of these puzzles feel diminished when I realize this is HOURS of unnecessary screen time.
I switched my daily puzzle ritual from online to a paperback, and I have never been happier. I feel so zen doing my sudoku outside like a fucking monk.

ive been absolutely addicted to doing sudokus lately and idek why ig im just loving the puzzle to solve. ive even started doing suko puzzles in addition to the sudoku and killer sudoku and it all just seem like such interesting puzzles to me :D

just learned SUDOKU and it’s too fun. thought it was math but thank god, it’s not. Solitaire, Vulture daily crossword, nyt connections, iphone game ‘Nuts Bolts’. these things are everything to me and so relaxing. the numbing ones serve as much as a purpose to my mental emotional spiritual health as the engaging ones.
i think everyone needs games they keep close to their hearts.

today I had a spinach and pepper omelette with loads of cheese and franks red hot and coffee with CREAM
elaborate breakfasts are the best number one because they make you happy first thing and they remind you to be grateful for the time you have in the morning. this is the first weekend I have off work for like two months I'm so happy

not a very original answer but it happened this year and it makes my inner child go CRAZY. bright light reflected off the snow through your window in early(ish) morning and a bite in the air that can only be soothed with a mocha and warmed muffin is heaven on earth.
