Desk setup
I just quite like the way my desk looks with the Austin skyline in the background. It's by no means a clean desk, but I like it very much. There is a target bag over the lamp because when I record videos for my YouTube channel, it acts as a light diffuser. And I just never take it off.

cleanteeth monitor is asus vg27a, switch between Nuphy halo65 and this EPOMaker silent keyboard off Amazon (so as not to disturb the roommates). The epomaker is surprisingly really good. Stabs aren’t too bad and is really quiet.

Desk
I’ve moved since my last desk post, this one’s in a considerably smaller bedroom but fits neatly into the corner. External monitor isn’t always in use, so it’s nice to have it off the desk and able to sit on the floor when off (don’t look at the floor too much I know it’s messy). Lil mobile above my head while I work, Sun Ra is still taped to the wall. I’m thinking about putting some shelves on the wall(s) to add storage and minimize clutter.

ugly but functional
being a sit/stand desk evangelist is so annoying and yet...here i am! helps me to switch it up throughout and helps my posture. pro: this orientation makes me look well lit on video calls con: my desk also functions as my bedroom music studio and craft space. it's a bit chaotic.

Smiling at people as you walk by
everyones got AirPods on looking down and absorbed in themselves. It’s amazing seeing people’s faces light up when you smile at them. Sometimes they’re almost incredulous.
