Even though I'm living a life-long struggle with IBD and have daily chronic pain, I consider myself to be a generally happy person and would say that I have a happy life.
I wanted to share some things that I sprinkle into my days that I believe help me feel the general sense that I have a happy life- not despite the pain, but pain included.
Life is FULL of wonderful things, as well as lots of horrible things.
The world is particularly heavy right now, but any time I can break up the day with any of the things I talk about in this video, my heart feels a little bit lighter and I have a little more energy to participate.
