@BIGMACKATTACK Flipaclip (free but has a premium version too, has features like adding videos, music etc. very beginner friendly) Procreate ( one time payment subscription, can't add music, can add short videos) procreate dreams (one time payment subscription, nice) adobe fresco (free + runs only on ipad, mac, windows, can't add music, videos) these are the ones i have used. i am currently using dreams but would recommend you to use flipaclip if you're a beginner.
