i'm a sommelier so i'll somm out here. fav varietals for Spring: {whites} Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc, Riesling (fun to transition to summer too). RosΓ© and Prosecco are also fun. For reds, I like them slightly chilled and you can't go wrong with a Gamay or Pinot Noir - both are lighter in body with red fruit notes! xx sSs
