For like 3 years now I’ve been keeping dill, parsley and cilantro in jars in the fridge in water and it’s one of the best additions to my life and cooking. just levels up the food to put a little green pizazz on it
my Mother is from southern California and idk if she was just silly or what but she would have pico de gallo at the table for almost every meal and left over pico de gallo was always in the fridge. i like foods where I could use “harvest” as an adjective. mayb I just had a garden growing up tho
