my favorite vegetable to snack on recently has been peppers. you can get bags of mini sweet peppers at the grocery store (they're like the size of jalapenos roughly) or you can just buy some bell peppers (i'd recommend yellow, orange, and red) and cut them up. good on their own or you can dip in ranch or smth if you're so inclined. see also: carrots, celery
Good thing i always take a picture of the food i make
(Carrots, chile poblano, onions, garlic, mushrooms with noodles and a sriracha-mayo thing i made, topped with cashews and pumpkins seeds)
just really enjoy a vegetable and try making it in different ways. change your vegetable with the seasons, a signature doesn't have to be fixed. 🥬🫑🥕
i'm a nabo (turnip) but I'm enjoying tomatoes lately 🍅🫒 (and I love them with olive oil, so this tomato and olive are holding hands)
i was in washington DC last month and the whole time i was in awe of how much art and history and science and culture you could just go and experience completely for free. i paid $0 to go in look at this beautiful painting that could’ve been sold to some rich guy for a jillion dollars instead. i often feel like everything is out to squeeze everything out of me that it can so i really value that we have things that exist just to enrich our minds and souls
