swans, the band

i love repeated musical phrases 💪 but seriously listening to the seer & to be kind by swans is immersive in a way most music fails to accomplish. creepy, droning, feeling like being surrounded by thousands of screaming hooded creatures and lifted into heaven by them the next. not to geek out but these albums feel more like watching a horror movie than listening to something

Man of Oil - Animal Collective One of the first songs I heard from my now favorite band, so I figured it would be the perfect first post. It’s eerie yet exciting, my friends all hate the wet dripping sounds in the background but I think it ties the song all together.
