I struggle with depression and often times vlogging daily Tasks that I have trouble motivating myself to do helps me a lot.
For example, studying for an exam, morning/nightly routines, a day in the life. I like to vlog this stuff and sometimes I’ll edit it to be cute. I’ve never posted any of the videos I took but I’ve been contemplating.
Also most of the time it’s me recording things I’m doing on Tik tok in 2x speed
