I am 24 and already suffering from lots of hip/neck/shoulder/back pains. All my muscles are just incredibly tense all the time, to the point where the muscles cramp up and give me awful headaches (though thankfully only for a few seconds). The way to improve all this tension? Movement, apparently. I have now set several timers to make sure I dont sit still for multiple hours on end. So far have only noticed small improvements, but Id recommend y'all to give it a go as well. Maybe it can prevent some more serious muscle pains for you x.
