Even in the ginger/turmeric shots we all love to take, it is often the first ingredient. Found this out recently and my life has not been the same since
I actually just found out it’s not as good for you as I thought it would be. There are so many self improvement myths today that I want to be critical of but also think it’s alright to embrace a passing fad. A daily ginger shot feels great on the throat.
I’m out here making my own turmeric and ginger shots, my own beet/carrot/orange juice with breakfast, celery juice when I’m hungover. It’s my favorite little luxury and this guy makes it very easy I love him (linked)
