If you want really interesting and entertaining video essays by a guy who does a lot of research, Super Eyepatch Wolf is the person for the job. His essays are so good that I will watch them on rainy days when I'm feeling like watching something nostalgic. Most of his essays are about anime, video games, and television.

a week, maybe two ago now. we covered Trees and Flowers by strawberry switchblade, it plays in my head when I close my eyes. one of my bandmates played Pillars by Sunny Day Real Estate; it feels like i should have listened to this song before, I'm not sure why I hadn't heard it. i sing, sing in the car and the shower and in that small room packed with warm bodies tightly. they all stare at me warmly with eyes shining
