a teaspoon of black seed oil a day (or black cumin seed oil) keeps the morning bloats and post-coffee farts away! TIP —> the taste is…something. chase it with something thick like some yoghurt and that neutralizes it :) make sure you take it before breakfast 🍳

my friends & I are really on our fiber journeys rn. starting the day with a glass of water with a couple teaspoons of chia seeds is a great way to get on the Fibe FM first thing in the morning. Other good options include pears & yogurt bowls with flaxseed. Just don’t go too hard on the fiber too quick 🤠
