Dooooo it! Itās incredible to build community with coworkers but be prepared to hate the absolutely vile ways management is gonna get in the way. Inoculate the effort more than you think you should!

@CHRONICWEBUSER also check out cuny labor schoolās free virtual events (mostly on larger labor movement / union stuff) and anything from labor notes (their email list is a good start, they have a blog and lot of educational events/books/etc for union organizers)
