kiwi cartoonist and illustrator Kim Grove started making these cartoons as a sweet gesture to her future husband Roberto Casali. My nan was a huge “love is…” collector so these hold a lot of nostalgia for me.
The letter opens up to form a model of a gallery hung with paintings. Frueh made this model to inform his wife about the details of a specific art gallery before her visit.
