Eric Carle, any of his books have some of the most beautiful collage and texture work - "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and "The Very Busy Spider" especially

it’s explaining our world in the simplest terms, without pretense. Literature made to be understood by EVERYBODY!! There’s so much out there that feels so difficult to put into words, but childrens books do it!!!! don’t doubt a Sunday comic

COLOURING BOOKS
no this is not just a hobby for children - it’s so relaxing to just sit and colour for hours whilst listening to an audiobook - and there are sorts of art styles (cutesy, geometric, nature, etc) highly recommend 😘

maybe it’s a seasonal thing, but for four nights in a row i have desperately craved n then demolished a bartlett pear at 10pm. never thought of myself as a pear person but ig i’m a changed woman. bartlett is the only kind i‘m familiar w so if anyone has other pear recs i‘m open!
