Alex Ross Perry is a writer and director based in New York City. Over the last decade he’s made a bunch of cult classics such as Golden Exits, The Color Wheel, Queen of Earth, Listen Up Philip, and the incredible Her Smell, which follows a punk rocker struggling with sobriety that’s played by Elisabeth Moss. Perry also makes music videos for artists such as Soccer Mommy, Sleigh Bells, Yumi Zouma, Aly & AJ, and most recently, Pavement’s "Harness Your Hopes". Earlier this month a documentary he made for Ghost, a doom metal band out of Sweden, dropped on Youtube. Lucky for us, Alex is here to tell us what he’s been into.
